Kind Street Library is a small family shop. Everything we sell is a digital file you print at home. These terms explain what you are buying, how it reaches you, what you may do with it, and what happens if something goes wrong. What you are buying
- Digital PDF files only. Nothing is printed or shipped. You need a device that opens PDFs and, for most products, a home printer.
- Exactly what the product page describes. Page counts, ages, subjects and included sizes are listed on each page. A bundle lists every study or printable inside it.
- Preview images are previews. They carry a small watermark and are not the product. Your download is the clean, full-resolution file.
Where checkout happens
Families in the United States can pay by card on this site. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Families outside the United States buy the same products through our Etsy shop, and Etsy's own terms apply to that purchase. Some products are only sold on Etsy for now; the product page always shows which is which.
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout only where we are required to collect it, and the total is shown before you pay.
How delivery works
- Right after payment your download page opens, and the same links go to the email address you gave at checkout.
- Links stay live for 30 days. Lost them? Use thefind my downloadspage and we will send a fresh set to the email address on the order.
- Email hiccups do not cancel your order. If our email is delayed, your download page still works. If a file will not open, tell us and we will fix it.
What you may do with the files
One rule for every file we sell, studies and printables alike: print as many copies as you like for your own family, co-op or classroom. Please do not share, post, sell or pass along the file itself.
That also means no reselling, no editing the pages into a new product, and no using them to train software. The stories, characters and artwork stay ours. Keeping this one rule is what lets a two-person shop keep making new studies.
Refunds and problems
Everything we sell is a digital download, and a file cannot be returned once it has been delivered. For that reason all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, including for a change of mind or an accidental purchase. Please read the product page and try the free sample before you buy.
Problems are a different matter, and we fix them by hand:
- A file that is corrupt, incomplete or not what the page described gets replaced.
- A duplicate charge, or a charge you did not make, gets refunded.
- Anything the law where you live entitles you to, you get.
Email info@kindstreetlibrary.comwith your order reference and a real person will sort it out. Any refund beyond the cases above is at our discretion. If we do refund an order, its download links are closed; while a card dispute is open, they are paused until it is settled. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
Getting help

Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we update the date at the top of this page. The terms in force on the day you buy are the ones that apply to that order.
