Five Days of Curious & Kind Learning

Five short sit-downs that show how a Kind Street study works: every subject from one story. A honesty story with a science experiment, reading with math, science with a craft, and handwriting that means something. Nothing to buy; the pages stand on their own.

Ages 4 to 9 · 5 short sit-downs · print at home

  • Real pages from four resources, two subjects a day, not a stack of tracing sheets
  • A one-page parent plan: what to do, what to ask, what to have on hand
  • A source map at the end, so you know exactly where each page came from
A real honeybee science page from the pack

What the 5 days look like

Every activity is a whole page lifted straight from the study it belongs to, plus a one-page parent plan and a map of where each page came from. In the full studies every lesson teaches every subject from the same story; this pack shows one or two pages from a lesson so you can see how the pieces fit.

  1. day 1

Leo and the broken lamp, then cause and effect

Read the story together, then match causes to effects and roll a toy car down a book ramp. Reading and science from one story.

The 'What is Honesty?' story page: Leo kneels by a broken lamp with his toy cars
the day Leo broke the lamp

    From Truth, Lies & Trust

  2. day 2

    Respect, at two handwriting levels

Pick the page for your child’s level: read it, trace or copy it, think about it.

The same character trait pages shown at the ages 4 to 6 and ages 7 to 9 levels
    same trait, right level

  3. day 3

Meet Lottie, then splash into math

Read about Lottie and finish the four sentences, then patterns, comparing and word problems. Reading and math from one animal.

The 'What is an Axolotl?' reading page with Lottie and finish-the-sentence lines
    meet Lottie

From Learn with Lottie the Axolotl

  4. day 4

Is it an insect? Then build Bella

Circle the insects and count Bella’s legs, then color, cut and glue her together. Science and a craft from one bee.

The 'What Makes Bella an Insect?' science page with an is-it-an-insect activity
    is it an insect?

From Bee a Scientist with Bella

  5. day 5

    The respect challenge

Back to the Respect page: answer the Think About It, then try the Character Challenge for real and color a star each time.
